The Team-Dojo

Space to talk, to address conflict, and to work better together

Fast growth and constant pressure tend to wear on how a team works together: roles blur, decisions take too long, and important issues never get addressed. When that turns into open conflict, it gets expensive and the team suffers. Heading that off early and systematically takes a framework that stays in place.

The Team-Dojo is that framework. Over the course of a year, your team works through the issues that matter, brings conflicts into the open, sharpens roles and values, and gets better at communication and at handling conflict. Throughout, I am there for you and your team as a steady point of contact.

One programme — three building blocks

Opening workshop

A full-day workshop with the whole team. Typical topics: roles and responsibilities, shared values, how decisions get made, and whatever is currently on the table. Afterwards you receive a written summary of what the team agreed on.

3 × Team Review

One fixed date per quarter, half a day each: for the topics that get squeezed out of everyday work, and to address conflicts before they turn into open disputes or bigger problems.

10 hours as needed

A flexible pool of hours for whatever comes up during the year: mediation in a conflict, individual conversations, additional reviews, facilitation. When something is urgent, you get priority scheduling, usually within two weeks.

The year at a glance

  1. Opening workshop — a full day with the whole team, in the first quarter.
  2. Team Review — half a day in the second quarter.
  3. Team Review — half a day in the third quarter.
  4. Team Review — half a day in the fourth quarter.

On top of that, the pool of 10 hours as needed — available across the whole year.

Scope: for teams of roughly 5–10 people. In German or English. On site or online.

Team-Dojo Annual Programme

1,900 euros + 12 × 400 euros

per team, plus 19% VAT — 6,700 euros in total, over twelve months

The opening workshop is invoiced when the agreement is signed. The monthly instalments only begin once you decide, after the workshop, to continue with the annual programme. Booked separately — one workshop day, three half-days and ten individual hours — the same services would come to 7,700 euros. Applies to appointments held online or at your premises; travel and venue costs are billed separately, based on actual expense.

Start without risk

If the opening workshop does not convince you, you get the workshop fee back in full. You then have two weeks to decide whether to continue with the annual programme — with no obligation.

Money-back guarantee

Fourteen calendar days from the workshop date, with a short written explanation. What is refunded is the workshop fee of 1,900 euros; travel and venue costs already incurred are excluded. The guarantee covers the workshop as a service, not an outcome of the team's work.

Additional hours

Beyond the pool of hours, 220 euros plus VAT per hour. If an appointment runs up to 30 minutes over the agreed time, that is not charged.

The pool of hours

Unused hours expire at the end of the year; up to three hours carry over into the following year.

How the comparison figure is calculated

Booked individually, a workshop day costs 2,200 euros, a half-day 1,100 euros and a single hour 220 euros. One day, three half-days and ten hours come to 7,700 euros. The individual rates are listed under Costs.
