Which seminar fits? Conflict competence, when a team wants to handle disagreements better. German-Japanese teams, when collaboration across the cultural divide has stalled. Both seminars take two days, with a follow-up session after three months. Fees: €2,200 per day plus statutory VAT where applicable (currently 19% for services subject to German VAT), details under Process and fees.
Both seminars take place at your premises, online or hybrid, for groups of six to eighteen people. For international constellations other than German-Japanese, please get in touch.

I have been teaching for five years on the conciliation training programme of ARGE Baurecht and am a lecturer at German universities, for example the University of Potsdam. At Osaka University I taught two mediation programmes as a guest lecturer.
