Since 2016, I have been facilitating challenging conversations, supporting change processes, and strengthening the capacity for action in teams and projects. My goal: to foster understanding and develop agreements that hold.

Neutral and impartial toward all parties: I advocate for clarification, not for individual sides.
International network and intercultural competence: Degree in Japanese Studies, six years of living and working experience in Japan. For one of those years I worked at Komatsu headquarters in Tokyo, one of the world's largest construction machinery manufacturers, as Product Support Coordinator. For several years I also worked as a freelance translator in software localisation for Square Enix, from Japanese into German. International partners in Singapore and Japan. Intercultural perspectives seen as a valuable resource.
Evidence-based and practice-oriented: Lecturer at universities and trainer in mediation and intercultural competence. Extensive hands-on experience with families, teams, and complex projects.
Online & worldwide: Mediation, supervision, and training in German and English, both online and in person.
