National ADR Day was held in the Republic of the Philippines on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020. Together with my partners from PracticeForte, Susan Tay and Martin Lau, I participated in a roundtable discussion at the Graduate School of Law of San Sebastian College – Recoletos, Manila, on the topic of international and intercultural mediation.
