In January 2020, I was invited to Osaka University for the third time to lead a MiKK seminar on mediation in cross-border family conflicts (Cross-border Family Mediation), this time together with the very esteemed Christoph Paul, Mikk’s patron, and Dr. Eva Schwittek, notary, lawyer and mediator from RITTERSHAUS in Frankfurt. The international composition with participants from Japan, China, Thailand, Italy, Switzerland and Australia led to a lively and exciting exchange. I am already very much looking forward to 2021.
